Angelina, 3 years old
Diagnosis – Acute Lymphoblastic Leukaemia
Angelina is just 3 years old, a cheerful little girl who, like many children her age, is growing, exploring the world, and bringing joy to those around her.
From just seven months old, Angelina experienced health concerns, and in April 2024, after further tests, she was diagnosed with acute lymphoblastic leukaemia. Her treatment began immediately and has included multiple stages of intensive therapy.
Despite the challenges, Angelina has shown remarkable resilience. She has continued her treatment step by step, responding steadily and with strength.

In January, thanks to your support, Gift of Life funded 10 packs of Mercaptopurine for Angelina, at a cost of £893, ensuring that her treatment could continue without interruption at a critical stage.
Today, Angelina is at home, feeling well and continuing her therapy under medical supervision. She returns to the hospital regularly for check-ups and further therapy, but is now able to spend more time in a familiar, comforting environment with her family.
Her story is one of resilience and of the importance of consistent, long-term support.
We are deeply grateful to everyone who helped make Angelina’s treatment possible. Your generosity ensures that children like her can continue their journey towards recovery, step by step. Because every step forward matters.
